VNC Password

I installed the image but am unable to change the vnc password.

I used the command vncpasswd entered the password and it works
until I reboot. Then it resets back to the default fa123456 one.

How can I fix this?

Can you try running "sync" after you changed it?

That worked. What all operations do I have to run sync for?

It's better to "sync" after changing something in the SD card or eMMC, also on the PC linux.
