Nanopi neo plus2 High-pitch noise

Hi,
I just got my nanopi neo plus2 in the mail and when put in the usb cable for the first time, I immediately noticed a very high-pitch noise from the board. It's definitely audible enough to give a headache, but high-pitch enough to be hard to pinpoint. It seems to start about two seconds after the cable has been plugged in.
Has anyone else noticed this? Should I ask for a replacement?
