ubuntu - mate .: how to change screen resolution 1920x1080p.

I have tried use to Sunxi disp tool and make uEnv.txt file but without success to achive 1080p.
Command sunxi-disp-tool switch -name 1080p does not work. computer hung on.
Do you have any instruction for ubuntu - mate how to change screen resolution...

If you are already in the graphics properties and are able to change the resolution but do not see the option for "1920 x 1080" then your graphics card does not support it, or you do not have current drivers.
