how to communicate with nanopi due from built in usb ?

Dear all ,
first of all , i need to thank who make nanopi DUe , it work perfectly with me ..
my question is simple . now i use build in usb for power on the nanopi from my pc , it there communication protocol to communicate with it without using serial pins ?
or how to make it work as flash usb memory , that i will see new directory in my pc
