Can't access wifi

I have problem about nanopi duo.
After connect wifi network with command : sudo nmcli dev wifi connect "SSID" password "PASSWORD"
The display show :
Error: Connection activation failed: (5) IP configuration could not be reserved (no available address, timeout, etc.
How can i fix this problem and sorry for my english is bad
