R4S - Board out of housing?

How do I get the board out of the housing? I would have to go to the UART interface

screws are behind rubber pads

yeah me too, I got past the rubber booties and even got the screws and base off.
but I am afraid to do damage to the board to get to uart pins
how much force is needed to get the board out?
I presume it is stuck with the heatsink tape.
would really appreicate any pointers
