maybe some USB cameras with hardware MJPEG encoder.

if it says only H3 - probably, it's true

btw, H3 it's a AllWinner SoC, while NanoPi M4 use RockChip SoC. Just 2 different companies, different h\w & s\w support. (you need to add Asian way of thinking too)
