I'm using the official RPI case. i used an exacto knife to cut out the bottom, soft plastic made it easy. the usbc hole needed to be enlarged a bit but no big deal. Remembet to cut off the fin between the usb ports to leave room for the uart. I chose this mainly for the fact that the top and side plates are easily removable and could be swapped for custom 3d parts eventually.
