The integrated WiFi will not enter Monitor mode under FriendlyCore. Can anyone tell me the 'chipset' used for WiFi on the T4, or if there is an alternative driver that supports this function.

OOB most of the drivers doesn't support such features.
AP6356S driver (at least on mainline) is brcmfmac
