Hi,
I have a NanoPi M4 with Debian on SD Card
Is it possible to transfer the SD Card to the EmmC 32 GB ?
If yes, how?

With Armbian (based on Debian or Ubuntu) goes this way:

If you are wanting to take your current install that is on your SD card and transfer to the emmc you could always try using DD and transferring everything that way.
