eflasher execute script after flash

Hi there, is there any way to execute a script after the flash operation is done so that additional packages, settings, wifi can be setup after flashing? Something is mentioned about a cleanup.sh on here (http://wiki.friendlyarm.com/wiki/index. ... e=EFlasher), but I cant find any details.
