NanoPC T4 PanFrost/RK3399 support

Hi guys, sorry if these questions are stupid (I have limited knowledge on the matter) or such has been asked and answered somewhere else before.
May I please inquire what the status is of the Friendly OS in regards to graphics enhancement for our beloved
NanoPC T4. I'am running an old (Jan-Feb 2019) install. Is the latest image perhaps already running the PanFrost driver ?
I've heard the mainline Linux operating systems (kernel v5.1 or higher) now has built-in acceleration and support for the
RK3399 chipset. Any OS images you can recommend - or should I hold tight before attempting.
Thanks
