NVME hat not working with my M4

Hi,
Bought a M4, a NVME hat, and a 2280 m.2 .

Tried two separate kernels, the disk never seems to show up, no lights or anything on the hat. Am I missing something?

Found the issue, for some reason a sudo fdisk didn't show the nvme, only when I did the fdisk without the sudo did it appear.
