Which M.2 SSD are known to be working in NanoPC-t4 ?

Moderators: chensy, FATechsupport

Dear all ,

I would suggest everyone to share his experience with M.2 SSD recognizable by NanoPC-T4 .
From internet I found that these models should work:
LITEON T10 120GB SSD
Samsung MZ-V7E2T0BW SSD 970 EVO

From my personal experience: "shorty" Toshiba KBG30ZMS256GA is not recognized by T4.

We are going to buy the most affordable SSD for that board and I want to avoid mistakes.
Believe that this info could be useful for all .

Thanks !
Dmitry

Work on my NanoPC T4

KingSpec M.2 SSD 120GB
ORICO SSD 128 ГБ
The ssd below works on my T4

"addlink S70 512GB SSD NVMe PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 Solid State Drive with Read 3400 MB/s Write 2000 MB/s "
I bought this one and it was detected and I can save to it and read from it. I can't figure out yet how to boot from it but as storage, but it was detected with FriendlyArm Desktop.

NVME M.2 128GB MIDASFORCE LIGHTNING MAX SSD NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen3 x4
Does anyone knows if WD NVMe disks work with T4?

How do you check if they are recognized under linux?

Best,

Tino
