Upgrading firmware to 19.07.7

Any plans to updating firmware to 19.07.7? 
21.02 is now released, and a rockchip tree was added with the NanoPi R2S already in the list but thats no rk3399. i wish to see the nanopct4 in this list too, so that it is officially supported by openwrt. the rockpro64 is the only rk3399 board supported by openwrt.
on friendlywrt the wifi access points dont show up on the nanopct4 and friendlywrt is generelly overloaded with modules no one needs. is the sourcecode to friendlywrt available?
