NanoPi R4S - MAC Addresses NOT globally unique

Hi, I have 4 NanoPI R4S, and two of them share a MAC address. Interestingly, it is on different interfaces (LAN MAC of one equals WAN MAC of other).
While this is not a problem for me, it invalidates the claim of globally unique MAC addresses on the product page.
The vendor OUI of that MAC address is 68:27:19 - Microchip Technology Inc., which is weird as one ethernet controller is by Realtek (PCIe), and the other is the internal one of the RK3399. At least Realtek has their own OUI.
What's going on there?
