[SOLVED] Can I install a linux distribution on NanoPi R4S?

It seems NanoPi R4S is the kind of hardware I was looking for.
However, I gave up on NanoPi R2S before because I couldn't find a way to
There are documentations on how to install pre-compiled bootloader and compile kernel for Raspberry Pi.
Thus, I used to use Raspberry Pi. But, Raspberry Pi hardware isn't suitable for a router.
I like to see proper documentations on NanoPi R4S.
However, I gave up on NanoPi R2S before because I couldn't find a way to
- build bootaloader without armbian or download bootloader
- install bootloader manually
- build mainline or vendor kernel manually and install it
