NanoPi M4 V2 dies in 2 months, Friendly Arm support Please?

Yes 2 months in I was unfortunate this should not be a big deal for a company like Friendly Arm they just need to replace it.
I have shipped back to them from Tokyo yet they have kept my board.
Have any of you guys received customer support by Friendly Arm in the past?
