Is my Nanopi M4 dead?

Hi All,
I need a little bit of help please. Is my Nanopi M4 dead? I flashed rk3399-sd-friendlydesktop-bionic-4.4-arm64-20241112.img to TF card and getting following blink pattern:

If i dont insert TF card, it just glows red.
