Nanopc-T4 + SSD/M2 + Ubuntu

Hello,
I am new to the forum and new to the use of nanopc-T4. I am looking to install a version of Ubuntu (compatible with Nanopc-T4) on an SSD disk (M2 slot under the nanopc-t4).
I have two questions:
- where can I find a compatible version(s) of Ubuntu? Are there any "recent" versions of Ubuntu compatible (19.04 or 18.10...)?
- how can I install Ubuntu on the SSD / M2 card and boot on it.
