eflasher for m4 has issues

has HARDCODED static ip 192.168.1.231 due to this entry:

makes it difficult to get started resolving other issues.

seems completely untested
at the risk of being too negative, how does an image with this type of error get published?
how deep is this user community?

please correct my impression, has anyone successfully used this image?

solution: wait for new image, Nov image afu, but Dec image works almost as documented in wiki.

tip
use serial cable... dec images still has hardcoded static ip 192.168.1.231 ... why?

I've since found the entry in chap 19 of wiki that documents this
