Hi, I have an issue on a new R4S board.
With rk3399-sd-friendlycore-lite-focal-5.15-arm64-20220407.img both network cards are available after a cold boot.
lspci shows:
00:00.0 PCI bridge: Fuzhou Rockchip Electronics Co., Ltd RK3399 PCI Express Root Port (prog-if 00 [Normal decode])
01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 15)
But after a warm reboot the realtek card disappears.
in the dmesg log is
[ 2.042416] rockchip-pcie f8000000.pcie: PCIe link training gen1 timeout!
[ 2.043057] rockchip-pcie: probe of f8000000.pcie failed with error -110
lspci shows nothing at all.
Sometimes another warm boot makes it appear, sometimes not.
Using rk3399-sd-friendlycore-lite-focal-4.19-arm64-20220125.img I cannot recreate this behaviour at all, both cards are always present regardless of cold or warm boot.
There seem to be a number of other posts with the same symptoms related to the 5.15 kernel
