Thermal Pad Specifications

Hey there,
I have an R2S unit, but unfortunately, while conducting some testing, I spoiled the thermal pad
so I want to purchase a new thermal pad but I'm unable to find the specifications (measurements, thermal conductivity, etc.) does anyone have the original thermal pad specifications?
