3.3V missing from R2C plus GPIO connector

I was considering designing a small add-on board for the R2C plus.
Then I realized the 3.3V line is missing from the GPIO connector on this board.
With the I2C data lines running at 3.3V it make a lot of sense to power a chip at 3.3V too.
Dear friendly elec -- Why oh why was 3.3V omitted from the connector?
Please add it back to future designs.
