Wake On LAN (Neo3) ?

Is Neo3 capable of Wake on Lan ?
I'm using OpenMediaVault with WOL flag enabled for eth0.
The device drains a little power after poweroff ( around 0.6 Watts)...ethernet Leds blinking...BUT it doesn't respond to Magic Packet (port 0, 7 or 9)...even connecting directly to PC ethernet port (without any router in between).
