R5S only short blinking sysled

Hi
I have an R5S, and when powering up I see the red sys led comes up, and that it blinks 2 times every time for 12 times and then the sys led goes off. Nothing happens anymore. I connect and hdmi cable , I get nothing to see, and also the network interface cards don;t do anything.
I also took an image on sd card and put it in and boot up with it and samething happens...
Any idea what is the problem?
