can't boot anything except FriendlyWrt and ProxMox

Try install DietPi and chose to transfer data to an external USB (config menu on DietPi)
after reboot the system but it fail to load
unbrick as said in instruction (via cable), but now only loads FriendlyWrt (ver. 21, 23, 24), Android and Poxmox (e-flasher to emmc)
all other OS (Debian, Ubuntu, Openmediavault) flashed but not loading (the Friendlyelec, and after black screen with blinking cursor). It seems like a bootloop - red indicator blink after stop and after again
what are your thoughts? I will be grateful if you give me a detailed step-by-step plan
