R5C Bricked, will not Boot from SD or eMMC anymore

Hi ,
I have a problem with a bricked NanoPi R5C after doing the unbricking method from wiki.friendlyelec.com this device won't boot from either SD nor eMMC.

I tried to update with USB A-to-A cable but failed after programming.
Any ideas?
This problem happened right after I decided to transfer my OS from SD to eMMC.
All the steps of programming eMMC failed and I decided to use Unbricking method maybe this will solve my problem. After that my R5C died. It won't boot from SD or eMMC anymore.

Did you solve problem? If yes - write please how-to. My nanopi can boot from SD but I can install only friendlywrt on emmc.
