CM3588 not powering on

I recently bought the CM3588 Plus with the NAS kit but I have a problem with it powering on.

I flashed friendlywrt to a micro sd card. I Inserted the micro sd card. I've pressed the power button but do not see output via HDMI. I have tried two different power supplies, one which is 12V 2A and the other 12V 4A and get the same result. On some attempts, the power LED will be flashing and the rest of the LEDs are off. On other attempts, none of the LEDs are on.

Anyone have some debugging suggestions? Thanks.

I think you should ensure that the power supplies you're using are compatible with the CM3588 Plus. It’s important that they provide stable output. The 12V 4A supply is generally suitable, but make sure it’s functioning properly.
