Won't boot NanoPC T6

Moderators: chensy, FATechsupport

Hi,
I purchased T6.
I wrote the image to the SD card and turned on the power, but it does not start. Is it a hardware failure? Do you have any information?
~
situation
1.Turn on the power from DC12V. Approximately 1A current flows immediately after startup
2.No signal is output from HDMI
3.The LED lamp does not light up or flash at all.
4.Long press the power button, the current will be almost 0A and the power will be turned off
5.Press the power button again and the current of about 1A will flow again.
~
I think it is abnormal that the current of 1A continues to flow(is it too high?). When the power is turned on, the LED does not blink or turn on?

Thanks,

1A Current too high, please check hardware.
Start-up current without external equipment is about 0.2~0.3A,Max 0.5A.

Bootstrap phase LED constant, regular blinking after entering the system.

It seems like there might be a hardware issue with your T6, as a constant 1A current draw and no LED activity are abnormal. Please check the SD card image and connections again; if the problem persists, contacting support for a potential hardware replacement or further troubleshooting would be advisable.
Hi,
It seems like there might be an issue with your T6 setup. Ensure the SD card image is correct and fully downloaded. Use a high-quality SD card and reformat it before writing the image again. Make sure your power supply is stable and providing enough current. Check all connections to ensure they are secure. If the problem persists, it might indicate a hardware failure. Contact the manufacturer or seek support from the retailer for further assistance.my perfect hotel

An abnormally high current consumption of 1A and the absence of any LED activity point to a potential hardware problem with your T6. It is recommended that you contact support in order to discuss the possibility of replacing the hardware or continuing the debugging process. If the problem continues, please double-check the SD card image and connections.
