CM3588 not powering on

I recently bought a CM3588 plus with the NAS kit. I have a problem powering it on / booting up.
I flashed friendlywrt to a micro sd card and inserted it into the board. I plugged it into power but I see no HDMI output. After pressing the power button, still no output.
Sometimes the power LED will be flashing whilst all other LEDs are off. On other attempts, no LEDs will be flashing at all. I have tried two different PSUs, one 12V 2A and the other 12V 4A.
Anyone have some debugging suggestions? I have a multimeter. Thanks.

Have you made sure to plug the HDMI into the first or second port on the left? The one next to the USB port is an HDMI IN not OUT. I was super confused as well about this and realized I needed to hook it up to the other 2.

You'll need to monitor where the boot process stops.
Connect a USB RS232 adapter to the DEBUG-UART connector.
Open a serial terminal app (e.g., PuTTY) and set the baud rate to 1500000 bps

Hi Everyone,
Did you manage to boot your CM3588?
I received my CM3588 Plus a few days ago. Although I ordered the full package with a 12v 4A charger, but it was not in the box. I think that they just forgot to put it into the package. I went an bough a new 12v 4A charger, so now I have 2 options:
- 12v 4A charger
- 12v 2A charger
I have flushed the SD card with this image: rk3588-eflasher-openmediavault-6.1-arm64-20241011.img and inserted the card into the sd slot.
When power ON the system nothing happens. No LED indicators, no sound. Only a blue LED on the 12v 4A power adapter.
Have others experienced similar issues with their CM3588 or CM3588 Plus?
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

I ended up writing to the support team and they have done a great job helping me.
I was asked to
- check the power adapter connector
- check the processor connection on the board, so I disconnected and reconnected the processor connectors and everything turned on.
Resolved with the help of FriendlyElec Support Team, thank you!
