Doesn't detect Dolby Vision or HDR10+ support

When I connect the HDMI port to a projector that supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+, these formats are both still marked Not supported in the Settings menu. HDR10 and HLG both still work though.

Somewhat related, apps like Kodi that support framerate and resolution switching don't seem to work properly. Setting resolution to Auto in the HDMI settings menu still keeps both locked to a fixed setting.

Try updating your projector firmware and checking if the projector's HDR mode is enabled. For Kodi, manually set the resolution instead of using Auto. If issues persist, test with a different media player to see if the problem is specific to Kodi.
