NanoPi/FriendlyWrt keeping my PC from sleeping.

I recently moved my NanoPi onto the same router/switch as my main PC. It was always on the same network, but the issue only began when it started sharing a switch.
My main PC started to enter sleep mode, and then it would wake up 10-15 seconds later, repeat ad-finitum. I spent a few days trouble shooting all the suspects I could find until disabling WoL on the Network card left it asleep. So I started disconnecting things one by one, new Wifi cameras etc, until I got to the NanoPi/FriendlyWRT.
If I use Wireshark I see no packets coming in on UDP 7 or 9 and it won't enter sleep mode with wireshark on so I don't know does windows broadcast that it's going to sleep and FriendlyWRT is responding by saying "no no wake up" or what is happening. The only non-standard software on there is OpenClash and that definitely doesn't care about other devices on the network.
What gives?
