The RK3588S provides hardware H.264 decoder and encoder for resolutions up to 8K@30fps

What support is there in the Debian images for hardware H.264 decode and encode?

I ran a quick test on the Debian 11 image, and found that the preinstalled mpv player supports 4K video without noticable issues.
My testing was done on the May 9 build.
