Max clockspeed of A76 cores

I am running the latest debian bullseye core image (rk3588-sd-debian-bullseye-core-5.10-arm64-20230526) on my new R6C. In all of the literature it says the max clockspeed of the 4 A76 cores is 2.4ghz but cpufreq-info and /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu4/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq both report 2.26ghz is the max.
Why is that?
