how to clone Debian installed on emmc to reinstall it

i have installed Debian 12 on R3S with Freepbx system , the installation took very long time , i want to know how to clone the full eMMC to any media , to be able to re deploy it on the same nanopi or another without re installing everything again

I also ask the same question via contact page but no one from FriendlyELEC has contacted me. I hope someone can respond to this question. I have tried RKDevtool export image but it does not work.
