Long store short I need to add "usb-storage.quirks=0bc2:2038:u" to the kernel cmdline.
How do I do this in FriendlyElec's debian core SD card install?

For raspberry pi I would modify /boot/cmdline.txt and x86 I would update grub. Is there an equivalent?
