Cannot install FriendlyWRT on R3S

Moderators: chensy, FATechsupport

Hi there! I'm trying to install FriendlyWRT on an R3S (couldn't find a board for the RK3566 and I thought this would be closest) but I cannot get it to boot, I always get stuck at sys led flashing slowly indicating boot (first startup should last about 2-3mins, I've waited in excess of 30mins).
I've tried flashing directly to SD, and flashing eMMC via SD and USB as well, no luck. I've also tried multiple FW versions, both with and without docker, also tried debian core.
I'm following the wiki.
Any ideas?
Are you trying the images here: https://download.friendlyelec.com/NanoPiR3S ?

Also, FriendlyWrt, you need to connect remotely. So, get it on the network then I think it's http://192.168.2.1

Make sure your USB power supply is good too. Maybe try a different one.
