Shipping

By default, we send all items you purchase online via CHINA POST. This usually takes up to one month for your order to arrive at your delivery address. If you want us to ship via DHL/FEDEX please email us at sales@friendlyarm.com before you place your order online.

Warranty term

for international customers, we can send up to 10% of an order for a free replacement for faulty boards upon receipt on an order within one year. But neither burned SoCs nor non-working boards damaged manually or by inappropriate operations is covered by this warranty term.

Refund

If a user requests a refund for his/her ordered items which don't work or are returned to us for any reason we will only refund the items' amount excluding the shipping cost.

In general, a package will be charged with duty by the customs of its receiver's country. If a customer doesn't pay this duty his/her package might be held by his/her country's customs. In this case, FriendlyElec will not refund his/her payment.
